MALTA BUSINESS AWARDS 2025: SILVER AWARD ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE'
We are proud to announce that PANINA has been awarded the Silver Award for Customer Service Excellence at the Malta Business Awards 2025, held on Friday 7th November at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta.
Now in its fourth edition, the Malta Business Awards continue to recognise and celebrate outstanding businesses across various sectors. This year, over 400 entries were submitted in the Customer Service Excellence category, which forms part of the Distinct Initiatives section of the awards. This category honours businesses that demonstrate a high level of awareness and action toward the wellbeing of their customers, communities, and stakeholders—values we strongly believe in at PANINA.
From hundreds of applicants, PANINA was selected as one of three national finalists, and was ultimately awarded Silver on the night. This recognition marks an important milestone for us, particularly as we just celebrated our third anniversary since opening our first outlet in Fgura in 2022.
Customer care has always been a core part of the PANINA experience—whether in-store, online, or through delivery. We place great importance on making sure every customer feels valued, heard, and taken care of. This award reinforces our ongoing commitment to providing consistent, high-quality service across all five of our outlets.
